On May 20th, during the West Craven High School JROTC Awards Ceremony and representing Post 539, Gary Gillette presented the American Legion Award for General Military Excellence to Cadet Major Jared Drake, and the American Legion Award for Scholastic Excellence to Cadet TSgt Aiden Hansen.
